Responding to allegations made by the district attorney's office, Ms. Sosebee responded that in the heat of the moment she misspoke when she said $25,000 when looking at her notes last Thursday evening during the Fanning County political forum. For her misstatement she apologizes but stands by all of her other statements and will be glad to show her documentation for her statements.

Sosebee takes issues with Mr. Hendricks calling her a liar when his brochures and his campaign ads contain numerous false statements concerning the type and number of cases he has prosecuted in the last eight years and his work history as District Attorney. As of today, he still has not explained why his staff were allowed to drive county owned automobiles to campaign functions or why he has numerous printed pictures of Ms. Sosebee with law enforcement officers posted on his wall in his county provided district attorney's office in Pickens County. Nor has he explained why he listed himself as the Veterans Drug Court Prosecutor when everyone in the court system knows that we do not have an operating Veterans Drug Court.

The fact is Mr. Hendricks will say and DO anything to get re-elected.

As to my supporters, I am very proud to say that I am supported by many local, county and state law enforcement officers. Mr. Hendricks knows this and that is why he is posting pictures of me and my supporters on a county owned wall. Is he keeping a list for future uses?
